Alongside this, she founded Crop’d Design, a freelance design and printing business creating branding, business stationery, marketing materials, merchandise, garments, and personalised gifts for businesses, community groups, and individuals. Most recently, Nicole has taken on a new role as a Learning Materials Designer, bringing together her passions for creativity, communication, and education.
