Since graduating from The Northern School of Art, Nicole has combined creativity, education, and design through a varied career, including two years working onboard P&O Cruises as an Art Host Coordinator, delivering creative workshops to guests while travelling internationally. Alongside this, she founded Crop’d Design, a freelance design and printing business creating branding, business stationery, marketing materials, merchandise, garments, and personalised gifts for businesses, community groups, and individuals. Through Crop’d Design, she regularly attends local markets and events, hosting stalls and interactive heat-press experiences, while also taking on commissioned illustration projects, such as a recent sci-fi zine for Comics Youth, and producing competition merchandise, medal designs, and branding for the local club Middlesbrough Shotokan Karate. Most recently, Nicole has taken on a new role as a Learning Materials Designer, bringing together her passions for creativity, communication, and education.
