Since graduating, I have worked on exciting projects, including creating illustrations for a Macmillan Collector’s Edition book. I am really looking forward to seeing my work be published and sold, and it was a really valuable experience to work with a publisher and to learn more about the industry, with help from my agency. Also, I was runner-up emerging illustrator at the Northern Festival of Illustration and had the chance to have my work exhibited in the gallery. I designed the cover for Northern Art’s next prospectus, which was a fun opportunity to develop and carry out a concept. As well as commissions, I am currently working on developing stories, preparing to sell at markets and doing some more live illustration.
