Helping young creatives to bloom at our Saturday art clubs

The young creatives at The Northern School of Art’s Saturday morning art clubs for 6 to 16 year olds produce some stunning work in their weekly sessions.

At the end of each termly block their creations are displayed in an exhibition at the School’s Middlesbrough campus for parents and carers, families and friends to enjoy.

Art Club students, who are aged from 12-15yrs (Key Stage 3&4), recently turned their talents to watercolours of flowers creating some blooming beautiful results – enjoy a selection of the paintings below.

Last term the groups turned its talents to intricately hand decorated miniature Easter Egg boxes, still life artworks in Brusho inks, twig and ink drawings and monochromatic acrylic paintings – see a selection of their work below.
