An exhibition of photography focussed upon social gatherings and community events in Redcar, Saltburn, Skinningrove and Whitby will soon be showing at Palace Arts Gallery, Redcar.

The photographs, which were taken between 2013 to 2015, are selected from an artist  book  produced for a Masters Degree project undertaken by BA (Hons) Graphic Design & Communication Programme Leader, Francis Fitzgerald. The book, which will also be display,  includes a mixture of photography, texts and graphics.

Francis’ exhibition, which runs from 30th April – 23rd May, documents and portrays the social and cultural life of the coastal communities of North Yorkshire, mainly in the towns of Saltburn and Redcar, but also includes Whitby and Skinningrove.
