Acting student Alberto Dumba is definitely one to watch and a star in the making! He recently featured in Ken Loach’s new film, ‘Sorry We Missed You’ and attended in the premier at the Tyneside Cinema in Newcastle.

The film follows a family man father trapped in the vicious financial circle of a modern-day form of labour exploitation a.k.a the chance to run a franchise as a self employed delivery driver. In the film Alberto played Harpoon, the main character’s son’s best friend.

Alberto told us, “the whole evening had been amazing and it’s the film time I’ve seen the finished film. It’s a real powerful depiction of real life.”
