Saturday Morning Art Classes
We offer two very popular Saturday Morning Art Clubs (10am-1pm) for two age groups: 6-11 yr. olds and 12-15 yr. olds.
The Clubs cover a variety of art disciplines and are delivered in approx. 5 to 6 week blocks. Costs are dependent on the length of the number of weeks in the block. (5 week block = £50).
Block One – 5 Weeks
Saturday 22nd September 18 – 20th October 18
Block Two – 6 Weeks
Saturday 10th Nov 18 – 15th December 18
Block Three – 5 Weeks
Saturday 12th Jan 19 – 9th Feb 19
Block Four – 5 Weeks
Saturday 2nd Mar 19 – 30th Mar 19
Block Five – 4 Weeks
27th April 19 -18th May 19
After each block, students can continue with another term of the Saturday club, as the projects change every term.
National Art and Design Saturday Club
The College also runs a National Art and Design Saturday Club. Applicants for the course are nominated by the schools, aged 14-16. Please ask your schools about this is if you feel your son or daughter is interested in career in the creative industries and would benefit from Saturday Classes.
All of the above courses are excellent for those already studying art and also those who are unable to study art due to their school curriculum but would like the opportunity to explore. They all run from 10am until 1pm.
The courses include painting, drawing, collage, 3D and 2D making, seasonal gifts and animation and all run at our Middlesbrough Campus on Green Lane, Middlesbrough, TS5 7RJ.
